CHUCK E CHEESE - Lubbock

It was my first time dining here, and I had a great time! The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The games were hilarious for the little ones, and the food was delicious. However, it did take a long time to receive our order. Although we only ordered three pizzas, it took about an hour to arrive, which was frustrating since we had planned the party in advance. They also forgot one pizza, which delayed things even more. Because of the slow service, I would only give it three stars. Overall, it was definitely a fun experience!

The pizza was absolutely fantastic! The chef, a charming and attractive young man, delivered it personally. While everything else was just okay, I was thrilled to enjoy such great pizza. I recommend sticking to the cheese pizza—it's the best! However, I would advise against ordering the combo options, as they tend to be overwhelming. On another note, the manager, Kambra, was quite unpleasant and had a troubling interaction with my child. Overall, I’m giving it 5 stars for the pizza alone!
