Little Caesars Pizza - Lubbock

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed my order 20 minutes before I arrived, but when I got there, a staff member informed me that my order wasn't ready and that she would bring it to my car. After waiting another 20 minutes without any sign of my order, I went inside to check on its status. To my surprise, she told me they hadn't even started preparing it yet. It was extremely frustrating.

I placed an online order for pickup, expecting it to be ready when I arrived 30 minutes later. However, the employee informed me that none of my items were ready and that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. In the end, I waited an additional 40 minutes before my order was ready. The staff member was quite rude, making fun of me and loudly criticizing the cooks for being slow, all while being preoccupied with her phone at the front counter. She continued to tell customers that it would take a while, even making remarks like, "When is your funeral? Because that's when your pizza will be ready," and suggesting we go to other locations. This was the worst experience I've had, and I definitely will not be returning.

Usually, they are quite slow, which doesn't bother me, but the pizza is always fresh due to their high volume of customers, ensuring that nothing sits for too long.

I would like a refund! This restaurant needs better training and management. I ordered twice from Little Caesar's on 19th Street near the University, and both times my order never arrived. I even tried to call, but nobody ever picked up the phone! I definitely do not recommend this place at all! As someone on disability, my financial resources are very limited.

Our pizza experience was extremely disappointing. This was my first time having a bad pizza from Little Caesars, and over the past 50 years, I've certainly enjoyed my fair share from there. Sadly, this one fell short in every aspect. It was just awful! Even the cashier appeared to be slow and somewhat unsure. What a major disappointment!
