Pizza Hut - Lubbock

The delivery was quick, but the food was as hard as a rock. It was so tough that it could almost be used as a plate. Considering the price they charge, you would expect better quality.

Quick and courteous service. My family was famished after a long day and they truly delivered on their promise to have our food ready on time.

We were extremely disappointed when we ordered 2 French fries for my grandson and only received 16 fries in a container. When we called to complain, the staff was very rude and insisted that we had ordered correctly. We will not be ordering pizza or anything else from this restaurant in the future.

The pizza crust was perfectly made and the presentation was good. Even the delivery person was friendly. Overall, everything was excellent.
