Whataburger - Lubbock

Always wonderful. Food is hot and fresh, helpful and extremely sweet. Very recommended. My sons and my favorite stop when we have to come for my doctors appointments Food: 5/5

My dasher said they were filling orders left and right while she waited there for and hour and half and they never filled mine so my kids didn't even get to eat tonight. Thanks a lot. Worst service I've ever seen.

Whataburger is pretty good. came here at ~1800 and got a burger. nobody was really there. i saw them prepare my food and keep it on the counter in the kitchen for like 10 minutes. during the 10 minutes they were chatting with other employees (which i dont mind, but it seems like they were too distracted to notice that they had food for a customer.i like whataburger but it would be nice if they paid attention.

Great first time! Big bacon and cheeseburger. Recommend the spicy ketchup!
