Arby's - Macon

My family and I enjoyed our journey through experience. we were about to be friendly, our order was perfectly done, and we enjoyed our food.

Wing through the drive-thru here and let me just say the dame that took my order was absolutely amazing so sweet and so polite! this is my new fave Arby’s!

My father and I ate in the evening during a very busy time, but the staff was prepared because our eating came hot and quite fast.

Staff seemed a little undertrained on my latest visit. Took 3 tries to get the order complete. But the food was good and fresh and the service (once the order was entered correctly) was prompt.

Restaurant and bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper in women's restroom. Employees had waste length hair that was touching food services when they moved around. Brisket sandwich had overcooked and very little meat on it. Health score was an 87. Will not be visiting this location again.
