Mcdonald's - Madison

I’ve visited this restaurant three times, and each time the fries were cold. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I received someone else's order, so I politely let them know. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my food, but when I got home, only half of my order was in the bag.

Good choice for those who look around for a budget friendly quick snack item in Madison. The manager Robert Wittrock was rude. My order was wrong, when I tried asking for the correct item. He stated “ you brown people always causing problems” Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The night crew was disappointing; they messed up my order twice, and the food wasn't hot. Overall, I would rate the experience poorly. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
