I won't often review fast food places... because then I am admitting to the world that I went to a fast food joint. When you're cruising through Madras trying to reach the Ochocos before dark to find a spot and all that... well.. ya know.. you stop by an A&W sometimes! Anyway... We were a real pain in the butt...we had no idea what we were doing or how to feed the kids or ourselves. The woman who took our order was exceedingly kind and patient. I wish I would have told her manager how great she was... I don't know if that sort of thing matters... but she was that great.

Good food for fast food. The service is slow and not easy to do with the employees here. All our drinks were sticky on the outside and took a little on the window to get our food.

Elated we found a food place that we could walk in and use the toilet room and get food. 2 Gentleman shoved the snow from the sideways and laid down salt. The toilet was very clean! Gal served our food inside. All staff were very friendly! Thank you, great service!

I'd give zero stars if I could!! They served a burned hot dog with a tea spoon of chili. My chicken sandwich was supposed to be honey BBQ, I couldn't even bite through it. It was dried out with some BBQ sauce squirted on it. Then they lost our receipt, that we needed. It took 3 of them to figure it out. They had the nerve to wonder why we wanted a refund...SERIOUSLY?!
