I can't seem to get a simple tea order right here. I always ask for it to be slightly sweet—1/4 sweet, 3/4 unsweetened—but it ends up tasting like syrup. Even when I confirm the order, it's still wrong. I don’t think it’s worth the trouble of going inside.
This restaurant is conveniently located less than a mile from our home, so we end up going there quite often. However, I have NEVER received the correct order—not even once. Just think about that for a moment. The staff will argue with you over the codes generated by their app, even if you show them the code right in front of them, claiming that it “doesn't work.” The drive-thru team consistently mishears orders, entering the wrong items every single time—whether it’s a Sausage Burrito, Steak Egg Bagel, Double Cheeseburger, Big Mac, McChicken, or 10-piece nuggets. And the sweet tea? It’s so excessively sweet that it feels and tastes like pancake syrup. I could go on, but honestly, don’t waste your money here. You won't get the right food, and they’ll insist that your order “isn’t in their system” even when you have the receipt and can show your banking app to prove that they charged your card. Seriously, save yourself the stress, time, and frustration—just go to Panera instead.
It was a little chaotic, with a wait of around 25 minutes, but there was only one lane open. Despite the delay, the service and food were outstanding!
The service is very quick, and the customer support is outstanding. They also provide curbside pickup.
