I came here thinking it would be similar to the one in Belfast but boy was I wrong. The food is way below standards and expectations. Everything you eat is not even slightly warm it is cold as the only thing hitting the containers is a hot counter with not even warm plates on it. No hot lights above either. For £20 I expect much better. Will never return to here and my advice to anyone considering eating here is avoid and do yourself a favour.

Well I have just been to cosmo with a family group of 9 I was dreading it to be honest as I do tend to read reviews well to be honest the food was plentiful and was of a good standard we all enjoyed it we will be back thankyou cosmo

There are some reviews here that reflect our experience which was awful. We booked well in advance for a table for 3 at 7pm on a day that happened to coincide with Eid. We struggled to get up the stairs due to the POSEURS doing their TikTok or whatever and tutting as we tried to climb up alongside them. Once at reception it was chaos. Children running around, people crowding round the hostess with no bookings, etc. We had been allocated a banquette but it turned out someone who had not booked in advance was still sitting there (you have a 90min booking so we were facing the option of a table next to a large party of 20 or a wait. We decided to vote with out feet and leave immediately. Best thing we did! Thank you to Rayanna who did a grand job, like a calm in the storm amidst the chaos of people blind to the fact that she was already busy whilst asking random questions. She apologised for the issue with the table (not her fault! and actioned the cancellation for me (otherwise we would have been charged £5 each . Never ever again.

Please avoid. NOT WORTH IT. We wasted our money and time eating here. Run out of food. Toilets were very dirty. Total put off.

I visited here in December 23 for the second time having really enjoyed my first visit. Once again we really enjoyed this visit. The food is not top notch or 5 star dining by any means, in fact there is the odd item that is questionable, however there is a huge choice of meals including Chinese and Indian, and at less than £20 a head for all you can eat you really cannot moan.
