Mcdonald's - Manhattan Beach

This restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and is conveniently located in Redondo Beach, which is the best city near the coast.

I made a mistake with my order. I could only check it after I got home. I ordered hotcakes, but I ended up with eggs and sausages as well. Additionally, they always seem to include butter, which melts about 80% of the time.

At that point, I lost my appetite and didn't see the point in staying when I was treated with such rudeness and indifference. I work in the food industry myself, so I understand how busy things can get. However, rudeness is simply unacceptable, especially from a manager who should be setting an example for their staff.

I ordered a quarter without cheese for my child when I came home and opened the box that it had double cheese. I went back to the restaurant to correct my order and the woman tells me that they can't help me because I left and came back. that is not a big thing until the two women laughed in the window and told me a nice day. do not go here people are incredibly rude, untrained and have no customer service skills at all. check their order before they leave the window.

Ordered a Sausage McMuffin, they charged me for a Sausage Egg McMuffin. I brought it up to the drive thru window employee, and she didn’t care at all. She looked like management, too. There is no hope for humanity.
