Visited this bakery with my brother who has a chronic lung condition and is medically exempt from wearing a mask. We were all wearing masks and his exemption identification was clearly displayed. We only met one member of staff when we went in and before we got a chance to speak we were cut off and the member of staff demanded that he wear a mask. We explained his medical exemption and that he is legally allowed to not wear a mask, which we were told doesn 't matter because it 's the managers rule . My brother was very clearly distressed and embarrassed at this point to the point where he walked out of the shop in tears and feeling singled out. As a family of 5 we had been drawn in by the quality of their pastries in the window but ended up not buying anything and coming away very disappointed. I would not recommend this establishment purely on the basis of the attitude of the staff, especially if you have any family members who are exempt from wearing a mask.
