Il Corsaro Italian Pasta Bar

This was a great Italian placeLots of pasta dishes the house salad and the wine were amazing.

We like going to Il CorsarosThe atmosphere is lovely and intimidate and usually the staff is quite friendly.

The mussels and linguine special was absolutely delicious, probably the best pasta dish I’ve ever had anywhere. When I had a minor inconvenience with my meal they showed outstanding customer service and compensated my meal. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant we will definitely be back.

Genuinely disappointed, I just ordered takeout and both the gnocchi and penne are overcooked. The genovese sauce is watery, and surprisingly bland : for $20+ dollars a plate I feel like I've been slapped. This is a lesson for me next time I crave pasta either I drive out to Anton's or I make it myself.

We had a reservation for the evening of July 30, 2023. When we arrived the door was locked and there was no indication of what was going on. Luckily there was a restaurant down the street that was open. We were fortunate enough that we were able to get in. But, I must say that I am very disappointed In Il Corsaro. Not bothering to phone us to let us know that they were not going to be open so that we could reserve elsewhere. Bad business practice. May have to think twice when thinking about booking there.
