Matsue Vogel Park

I had a great afternoon at this bird and flower park. I highly recommend checking this place out! Fun, relaxing and beautiful! It's super easy to get to from Izumo Taisha or Matsue on the local train! :

The flowers were beautiful. It was also cool to feed the birds. There was a very nice gentleman where you could buy food. Thank you for a great experience. Unfortunately, there are some birds that are kept in cramped cages. Unfortunately, the owls don't have the opportunity to fly freely either. I really hope that this will change. I felt very sorry for some of the birds. Please make sure that the birds get more space. In other countries, for example, the peacock could roam free. The facility itself is large and clean. The staff are all very friendly. I also liked the owl show.

A very fun place to enjoy different types of plants and beautiful flowers while being surrounded by beautiful birds and penguins! Multiple shows are available thru out the day so please check the schedule before going! Parking lot is free for the first 2 hours of use. Multiple souvenir shops and restaurants are also available inside the park.

It is a beautiful place. Many kinds of flower’s arrangements are presented. It has a heart of flowers to take picture in for couples . Also it has a gift shop.

One of best garden of Shimane and it's preserverance for bird Sanctuary. Loads of amazing and never seen birds and few organized Bird show. Picturesque and amazing experience.
