The sandwich was one of the best I have had very generous with meats and cheese as well as veggies.

4 employees ..no one in a hurry to make any sandwiches right away,but they were happy to ring us up quickly. Store was clean and the employees were happy to just stand around and talk or sweep...3 other customers waiting for their sandwiches along withus....but no one seemed to want to put sandwiches together right away??

Huge shout out to this location this evening! After Uber eats ruined our dinner, they picked up the pieces and made everything perfect! Thank you so much Arthur and the crew! You saved dinner!

The last 5 times I?ve come here the wait seems to get longer and longer. This time almost 20 min with employees in the back most of the time. Then just one making sandwiches while another one just walking back and forth. The other 2 disappeared somewhere.There were 3 customers here when I got here. Not sure what?s happened used to be good with good service. I love Firehouse butwill not be returning to this location.

8/20 came in for lunch and was helped by a very friendly front cashier girl short brown hair. She was very nice and helped me decide on a sub. She recommended the meatball and it was exactly what I was looking for regarding a little spice to it. Had agreat experience.
