The service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious. However, the Coke machine was empty, and we had to request a refill. When we asked the server for assistance, it was met with some annoyance. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

I highly recommend this location! The customer service is incredibly friendly. The service manager was fantastic in helping her team prepare lunches for the staff. I truly appreciate their effort. My team had a remarkable experience, and the customer service at this location was amazing. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the service at this restaurant. Rylee, Fredrick, Charles, Aiden, and Hayden took care of me, and they did an excellent job. I paid with cash, and I received my sandwich fully loaded. However, I had a different experience with the next person. Everything started off well, but when he handed over their food, he forgot the chips! He eventually brought them the chips, and they left happy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sub. The drinks were reasonably priced too.

I've been going to this location for years. This is the first time I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the sandwich not to mention my order was completely screwed up and backwards. What I (ordered) Hook and Ladder on wheat no onions, New York Steamer on white how I comes.What I received, Hook and Ladder meat and the cheese only on white none of the condiments it was supposed to come with very dry sandwich. New York Steamer on wheat with the condiments that should have on the Hook and Ladder including the onions.This was a soggy sandwich very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail that clearly took place.If I wanted soggy nasty sandwiches I'd go to Subway.I've purchased dozens of sandwiches at this location and this is the I've been this disappointed with what I received.
