Firehouse Subs Southern Dobson - Mesa

I waited 20 minutes for a meatball sub, even though there were only two other customers in the restaurant. When I finally got home to eat it, the meatballs were cold in the center, as if they hadn’t been cooked thoroughly. I wouldn't recommend this place; the staff clearly don't care about their work.

I went in for a sandwich, but the service wasn't great as I placed my order. I had even warned them about the issues. It took 25 minutes to prepare my sandwich, and when I finally got it, the bread wasn't toasted. I thought Firehouse was known for their toasted subs. From now on, I'll head to the McClintock and Southern location instead.

The meatball sandwich here is amazing! However, the meal deal is almost $12, even with a $3 off coupon. I really can't stand inflation. As for the new Prime Rib Sandwich, it’s quite expensive, especially since there are no discounts available.

My order was being made when one the the workers sneezed directly in front of and onto the counter. Didn?t bother wiping it down afterward. Didn?t bother changing their gloves. This person didn?t even bother to turn around to sneeze at the wall. And whenasked if they just sneezed on our food, they lied and said no. This is disgusting. In these days of barely post Covid pandemic Ican?t even fathom this happening. I would give less than one star but am unable to. Management please remedy this situationimmediately!!!
