Ihop - Mesa

After waiting over an hour for our food, we watched as tables that ordered after us received their meals before we did. When we finally spoke to our waitress, she informed us that there were still three orders ahead of ours. At that point, we decided to just pay for our drinks and leave. Miraculously, right after that, our food began to be prepared. However, after another 15 minutes, only half of our order arrived, which was just the basics. Then, another 10 minutes passed before my pancakes finally made it to the table, but they were undercooked and still gooey. I wish my photos could truly capture how unappetizing they looked. The "buttered toast" was barely toasted at all, and there was no butter on it. I ended up having to pay for food that I simply couldn't eat. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, I overheard a woman complaining that half of her takeout order was missing. The District Manager really needs to take action regarding this location; it's tarnishing the IHOP name.

I enjoyed my breakfast. The bacon was cooked just right, not burnt at all. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised to find an available table without any wait at that time. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

Our waitress was fantastic—attentive and very helpful. The food was delicious and, as my fiancé noted, it looked just like the pictures. Our meals were both beautifully presented. This was especially delightful after our experience at Denny's, where we walked in and quickly left due to being ignored for several minutes. It was incredibly refreshing to find a place that excels in both food quality and customer service!

It?s been a while since we came here. Now I remembered why; I got the Split decision breakfast with their new cold brew coffee. The bacon is underdone, not fully cooked nor crispy, the French toast needs more flavor, no powdered sugar or cinnamon to it. I substituted hash browns instead of pancakes, it has good flavor but needs to be cooked more. The iced coffee have more cream than coffee, made me nauseous. My husband got the chicken fried steak, it was really good. It has good flavor to it. He said the coffee is not bad.

Server was nice but didn?t check in, my kid had an empty cup for most of the meal. Waited awhile just to check out, I had to flag one of the other waitresses down. They said they didn?t have candy corn for the Halloween pancakes which was disappointing for the kids, but ok. But they brought them out and they looked absolutely terrible. I wouldn?t have allowed that to leave my kitchen and I sure as hell wouldn?t have served that. Kids were very let down.
