Taj Mahal Indian Cuisine - Metairie

The restaurant was good. They had a major mix up with reservations. The system really failed. It took reservations for too many people at the same time. It was confusing and we had to wait quite a while to be seated.

Amazing food but service was bad or waiters were rude

Multiple people had reservations for p.m. so having a reservation was not really helpful. Staff was polite but had a hard time managing the large crowd. This was quickly remedied when the owner came on the floor and started directing things. Food was excellent. Will return

The sauce was delicious but The chicken was a little chewy and didnt taste tender and well cooked which is why I gave stars. I usually like to take leftovers but this time, i had to opt against it. I will still go back to try it again because the service was great and I give places two tries before deciding if I like it or not
