Mcdonald's - Miami

This place is the worst in Miami. I don't visit McDonald's often, but I occasionally stop by for some French fries or a vanilla ice cream cone. Unfortunately, they never have ice cream or vanilla shakes available. Today, I went to get some French fries, and they handed me cold ones that seemed like they'd been sitting out for hours. This place shows a lack of respect for its customers. I won't be returning. My advice? Go somewhere else.

I ordered fries and a chocolate shake through DoorDash, but instead received fries and an iced coffee. I didn’t spend $17 just to have my order messed up. If you’re working at McDonald's, the very least you should be able to do is get the order correct! The coffee was the worst I’ve ever tasted and went straight down the drain. What a waste of money. Please learn to read and make sure to fulfill orders accurately.

The overweight manager really needs to improve her communication skills. She raises her voice at customers who are frustrated about waiting more than 30 minutes for their food. The owner should consider firing her, as she does a terrible job and permits her staff to behave poorly and speak disrespectfully to customers, just like she does. This was my experience on November 5 at 10:50 PM.

The only good thing was the staff were polite. They took forever to come to the register to take orders, causing a massive pileup line. Then again took ridiculously long to make a simple 1 item order. Unfortunately Ive seen worse.

I've been to many McDonald's around the world. This is by far the worst I've ever been to. I didn't get the receipt, order was wrong and I couldn't prove it. Marked the order to sit and they've packed it to go. Tables were dirty. Ladies toilet had nosoap, Men's toilet hand dryer didn't work. The orders monitor didn't work.
