Chick-fil-a - Middletown

The service at this restaurant is always prompt and friendly, even in the drive-thru. I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating. The only delays I have experienced are often caused by customers, not the employees. This sets them apart from other fast food chains.

Great place to eat some chi fil a ! Really enjoyed this place. They got the best tasting crispy friend delicious chicken!

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food was just average. I think this franchise should consider coming to Texas to improve their service during busy lunch and dinner rushes. This Chick-fil-A was the slowest I have ever experienced.

I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong location, but an observant employee at the correct location quickly noticed the mistake. They identified the issue, took our order promptly, and advised me on how to rectify it. We had to call the incorrect location, leave a voicemail, and wait for their response. Luckily, they replied promptly and issued a refund. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.

Kids love it. If you gotta have fast food , it's not as bad as your burger places , health wise and taste wise , service if always excellent. I sometimes wonder where they find their employees because there are all so nice!
