You have to be the most frustrating KFC I've ever encountered! I went through the drive-thru to order some chicken, and before I could even finish my sentence, the employee was saying no to everything! If you want to be rude to customers, then maybe you should find a different job! It's just unacceptable! If you choose to work in customer service, you need to treat customers with respect. This KFC has so many negative reviews for a reason! DO NOT GO HERE! Instead, try Bojangles or Popeyes! They might take a while to serve you, but at least your order won't be messed up!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Every time I visit, there’s never any chicken available. How can a chicken restaurant consistently run out of chicken? The owner really needs to understand how much business is being lost because of their laid-back employees who aren't doing their jobs.

The chicken was terrible... This place is definitely the worst KFC I've ever been to in the entire country! The chicken was overcooked; I ordered original but got extra crispy instead—yuck! The service was disappointing as well. The only good thing about this order was the sides. This isn't my first experience with bad food here, and I've realized I've given them too many chances to improve. I won't be going back to this location anymore... I'm really disappointed and frustrated that they can't do better!
