The restaurant frequently gets orders wrong, and the food appears to be carelessly assembled. Their milkshake machine is almost always out of order. They consistently misprepare a simple double cheeseburger, which only requires two beef patties and a slice of cheese on a bun, with no pickles, onions, or condiments. They seem to have a misunderstanding of what "plain" means. I have decided not to return. Service: Takeout Meal Type: Dinner.

I use the app and park at the curbside for pickups. Every time we go there, we end up waiting a really long time while we see other cars getting their food much faster through the drive-thru. Some might wonder why we don't just use the drive-thru instead. My answer is that they don't provide curbside service unless orders are taken and delivered in sequence. It seems they don't bring out curbside orders until everyone inside or in the drive-thru has been served. We really like the app, but we wish they would offer a "light" option under the customization settings.
