Chicken Salad Chick - Mobile

The food was decent, with the pasta salad and soup being the highlights. However, for $10, getting just a croissant with chicken salad and a small bowl of soup along with a side of pasta salad feels a bit overpriced for the amount of food. If the dishes were exceptional and distinctive, I might say it’s worth the visit. But the chicken salad I ordered (Fancy Nancy) was good, yet not particularly memorable. I’d prefer to go to Chipotle where I can pay a similar amount and leave feeling full, possibly even with leftovers.

I didn't have a great experience this time. There were no crackers to accompany my chicken salad, so I had to eat it on its own. There was just a small piece of lettuce underneath, and I found a hair in my grape salad.

Overall, it was a good experience. They might consider bringing the BBQ salad to downtown, and it would be great if they could trim some of the tough, chewy bits from the chicken. The customer service is consistently attentive and polite.

The restaurant should clearly indicate that this is not a full menu, and the staff were quite dismissive. I was not impressed.

The food is always delicious, but it's the service that makes this location stand out for me. The management and staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. During my visit today, everything was particularly enjoyable. The loaded potato soup was served piping hot and absolutely delicious.
