Sonic Drive-in - Monroe

Went there on my lunch break was the first in the drive thru lane carhops kept coming to my car asking if this was my order which none of them were after 20 mins I asked of they could check on my order and asked me what I had and told them the number 1 combo and they informed me she canceled all those orders because they was out of fries and tots and I said well u didn 't let me know u canceled my order ..so I preceded tonjust get my burger and drink since I had wasted almost my entire lunch break amd then she comes back and tells me since she canceled all those orders I would have to go around and reorder...how anyone would think this is how a business should be ran is beyond me...i want told when I ordered they was out ot tot and fries nor was I informed my order was canceled ...will never be back ever!!!

We didn't get any response at the order counter, so we sat for ten minutes while we watched the staff engrossed in a game. Eventually, we decided to leave.

Terribly slow and disrespectful service—it's astonishing how bad this place is. I've spent three days here, waiting over an hour just to get a drink, whether for takeout or a quick order. They can’t even respond to the intercom for more than twenty minutes. After that, I had to wait another hour just to place a simple drink order. This place needs to shut down; it's a tragedy.

The customer service was satisfactory, and the food was hot and fresh. However, we faced some challenges identifying the drinks, as they weren't labeled. We also had difficulty figuring out which burger belonged to whom. I shouldn't have to touch someone else's burger to see if it's mine—it should be clearly marked. Given the concerns around COVID and other health issues, these matters definitely need to be addressed. We were expected to do everything ourselves, which was frustrating.

Maybe I'm wrong, but if I only order a CHEESE broker with ketchup, I still want to get the crazy!
