Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Monticello

Me and my girlfriend went to Dairy Queen to get 2 dipped cones. When we walked inside up to the counter we waited for 10 minutes before a worker came up to us stating that they were only taking drive through orders. We went back out to our car and checked the door, there was no sign stating this.We drove into the drive through and proceeded to wait for 27 minutes watching customer after customer walk inside and be turned away.After waiting 27 minutes (we were the second car in line) we decided to just drive to the Buffalo location due to the lack of “fast food”. We will NOT be coming back to this location.

!DO NOT GO HERE!This is my fourth time having the same issue of being told that it was a drive thru only day with the doors open and it took 45 min to get service when we were only the third car in line. When we finally did receive our food it was incorrect and cold. I am so disappointed. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE, just make the extra 10 minute trip to buffalo, it’s so much better.Parking: There’s not really parking for this location more so parking for the buildings around it.

Quick service, friendly staff. Food was fresh hot, good portion sizes!

Waited 20+ minutes at the speaker just to go to McDonald’s. Fast service at McDonald’s.

The wait was so slow, for just 2 Blizzards, the 2 in front of us, their food was all wrong. alot of chatting workers. saw a blizzard and a dilly bar sitting on counter for the 15 minutes we stood there, had to ask them if that was our Blizzards sitting there for a couple minutes, he flipped them so fast they couldn't spill.
