The drink was excessively hot and completely undrinkable; I burned myself and ended up throwing it away out of frustration.

The food is pricey and unfortunately quite unappetizing. The service leaves much to be desired as well.

I visited on March 21 and March 24, 2023, while attending a conference at the Palais de Congress. I absolutely loved their bagel with egg; they warm it up for you, and it's incredibly tasty. It's a grab-and-go spot, and they offer coffee options, although I’m not a coffee drinker, so I can't comment on that. I did try a Diet Pepsi, which was nice. The pasta salads are also great. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a quick and delicious meal.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location. There's a reason why it's empty compared to the bustling Tim Hortons nearby. I've tried to give them multiple chances, but each time I visit, there's always an issue with my order. I specifically asked for oat milk and even paid the extra charge, but they consistently serve me dairy milk instead. There's one employee who is particularly rude and often wears an AirPod, making communication difficult. I find myself repeating my order, and it seems they don’t pay attention or care. I understand that people can have off days, but when this happens every single time I visit, it makes you question whether it's worth going back.
