I prefer the crab dip as stand-eye dimmer. the staff was fabulous! and the food came out in time and was fresh!
If they eat creative or simply in the mood for something from the norm. then this is your place! the decor and ambiente had a flair of European sheikh, which was historyd with many southern charms. we ordered several things as we like to create our own tasting menu lol. we had the blue cheeses that were fried with fried oysters and were dipped with their own homemade buffalo sauce. Uh my, my man isn't an oyster. only does not care about them at all but this court was absolutely amazing and we shared it right up to the last oyster and the last bite. we also shared a plate of burnt ends. aka small pieces of pork bell with homemade Bbq sauce and serve with warm cherry and a smokey taste. absolutely delicious. so tasteful. I'm not one who usually likes something with the word that's burned before him. but they were all except, they were crunchy, but fleshy with smokey deliciousness in every bite. but these first 2 dishes were surely our personal favorites. the fried cheeseburger ordered. very different. served with hot 57 sauce. and pickles. the cheese was flooded and crispy around the edges. we personally prefer a klempner burger, but it was delicious. with a little old-fashioned flair. the French were fresh and very good. we also had the redneck egg rolls. which was filled with chopped pork grill and served with a side of wasabi coleslaw. not big on the swallow, but the light hauch of seasoning was very free to these crispy perfections. wish the meat had more a smoky taste, but they were unique and tasty. Also we ordered one of the dinner specialties that consisted of a garlic and beer marinated grilled pork at Unterneath a southwest sweet mais medley and a spit of grilled garnel and andoillewurst and that was all tasted on homemade not homemade. we also tried the huged greens that had a hauch of tobasco. only the correct amount. I don't want to say it. we had to dessert oreder to go to lol. we ordered a piece of keylime cake with a skyberry drizzle..war clear homemade and very tasty. our server was so friendly and so gracious and they gave us fantastic service from beginning to end. it was an excellent and delicious culinary experience. we look forward to our favorites and try something new when we're back in the city next month! a certain must try if they are ever in the opposite. our compliments to the cook, the owners and the staff. well done!
We had an eight o'clock reservation. we had to wait about 30 minutes for our table. we had a party of 12 really no problem. our server worked hard and was attentive. our drinks were served quickly and I didn't hear anything negative. we had a private room and that was great. we ordered several different apps and they were in order. the lower line for me is that I do not think that eating lived up to the trips calculated. I'm not cheap and it doesn't matter to pay the price for good food. I have tried 3 escapes and some of them asked us and simply did not hear that eating was great. I like the place and probably will be back.
I got the shrimp plate for take out at Floyd’s. This was it.. for $26. Nine French fries. How disappointing! And what a rip off. I love Floyd’s food but this isn’t right.
Great server Dave took care of our 15 person party with a fun sense of humor and efficiency. Try the étouffée and coconut shrimp. Delicious desserts especially the pecan pie.
