Jersey Mike's Subs - Mount Dora

The food is delicious, and the venue has been beautifully renovated. However, I have to say that the highlight of my experience was interacting with the team members, which truly sets them apart from the competition. They genuinely seem interested in getting to know their customers, and many of them remember how you like your sub prepared, along with personal details you've shared in the past. Recently, though, I've noticed that staff members tend to vanish into the back after completing your order and only come out when a new customer arrives. This might be due to other work obligations, but it does take away from the engaging atmosphere I mentioned earlier. On a positive note, the owner is very involved and often works alongside the staff.

I always enjoy going there. The staff is friendly, and they give generous portions of meat!

5 stars! I usually don’t write reviews and only give ratings, but this time I feel compelled to share my thoughts. From what I can remember, I have never encountered such friendly and helpful employees as I did during my first visit to Jersey Mike’s Subs. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Even the other customers seemed to be positively influenced by the atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Yesterday's experience was a mixed bag, scoring a 2 out of 5. The turkey, chicken, and bacon subs we ordered were incredibly fresh and tasty. The staff, however, was exceptional! While I waited for my hot sub, I noticed how they all went above and beyond in their service. Bravo to them!

I really enjoy this Jersey Mike's location! It's always spotless and well-organized, and they consistently get my order right every time. The staff is also very efficient in preparing my sub. I can always count on getting a tasty sandwich from this place.
