Dunkin' - Mount Morris

The staff is rude, and the breakfast sandwiches are always cold and never toasted. When I asked a simple question, a girl who wasn't even the one taking my order responded with an attitude. It's better to just order whatever and let them make it their way, because that's probably how you'll get it. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1.

The service was extremely slow. I ordered takeout and the meal was for a different occasion. While the food was excellent, I would rate the service very low. The price per person was around $10–20. Overall, the food deserves a 5, but the service only gets a 1.

I went through the drive-thru and was asked if I wanted a receipt, to which I replied yes, but I never received it. They also forgot the most expensive item in my order. When I returned to inform them about the missing items, one employee responded with a careless attitude, saying, "I don't know," and asked, "Is it on the receipt?" Well, how can I check when you didn't even give me one? I will never come back here again. They forget orders and are rude and careless with their customers.

I frequently stop by this place on my way home from my country house. I usually order the caramel craze latte, and it’s consistently enjoyable, whether it's morning or evening. Sometimes they forget to add the cinnamon on top, but it's still delicious.

Incredibly quick and precise service, especially given that there was a jackhammer just yards away from where you place your order.
