Prawns were frozen and tiny. Seriously you can make better pizza at home with store bought ingredients. Over $40 for two medium pizzas and a garlic bread- go somewhere else
Nice enough pizza but you'd need a 2nd mortgage to eat here all the time. We ordered 2 gluten free pizzas - margharita + ham n pineapple. Surcharge of $4.50 per 10" (25cm) GF base was a ripoff. Total bill came to $56... yes you read that right... $56 for two pizzas smaller than dinner plate size. $28 a pizza... $1.12 per cm... what a joke. Chelsea is a Nedlands institution and I remember it being good value even as a poor uni student all those years ago. Current prices are just ridiculous for what you get. Service is friendly but not flash. Gluten-free knowledge is virtually non-existent.
I have heard lots of great things about Chelsea pizza, especially from the UWA locals. This may have peaked my expectations a little. We ordered the Chelsea pizza and a vegetarian pizza. For the prices you pay, The vegetarian pizza did not disappoint, however the Chelsea pizza was rather average.
The staff have been very poor recently. Decided to go to Broadway Pizza instead. Better service, pizzas are just as good and slightly less expensive (around $5 less for a large)!
Great pizza, probably up there with the best but $14.50 for a small pizza pick up is too expensive and $16.50 for a small gourmet pizza is just plain ridiculous.
