I visited this restaurant on a Friday morning and found it to be busy, but we only had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a table for 4. The ambiance had a diner feel to it, which wasn't too bad.

The service was friendly, the food was good and there were plenty of options to choose from. I visited on a weekday for a late lunch and despite the good crowd, we were seated promptly.

Eating was okay- nothing spectacular in my mind. our waiter was so nice. I have the fried Tofu remover (tofu tornado) without blue cheese. it was decent. most of the options seem vegetarian instead of vegan, but they have a few things. nothing I would jump to go back

Main street bistro is a new Paltz-Stapel-Stein tons from vegan options, with the ability to veganize items by leaving objects or substituting/Adding tofu for $2. the personal is knowledgeable on menu items and ask when they are not sure some of the vegan menu items included torfu Tornado app, a torfu burrito, jambalaya, plus their veggie chili is vegan
