The Boiling Branch - New Roads

I called six days in advance to reserve live crawfish for the July 4th weekend. They took my order, including my name and phone number, and told me to pick it up on July 3rd at 1 PM. However, when I arrived for my pickup, there was no record of my order and no live crawfish available. Fortunately, Corvilles Seafood in Port Allen was able to accommodate my last-minute request. I don't think I'll be returning to BoilingBatch anytime soon.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. I particularly appreciated that the shrimp was already deveined.

However, when I arrived to collect my order, they had no record of it and no live crawfish available. Fortunately, Corvilles Seafood in Port Allen stepped in and was able to fulfill my emergency order on short notice. I can't say I'll ever go back to Boiling Batch.

I visited The Boiling Branch for the first time this weekend, and I was really impressed. We opened two sacks of crawfish and didn't find a single dead one. The crawfish were much larger than what we bought last weekend. While they were a bit more expensive than those at chain grocery stores, considering the quality, the absence of dead crawfish, and the excellent customer service, I feel like I got my money's worth.

Exceptional crawfish, amazing service great prices. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
