Let me begin by saying that when we first arrived, there was a line around the corner and we had to wait about 20 minutes. However, I can say that the wait was worth it because the food was delicious. All the ingredients were well-prepared and fresh. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely return.

This is the best sandwich in New York. It is absolutely incredible and authentic. The staff are incredibly friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Incredible Italian sandwich! All the ingredients are amazingly fresh and sliced right in front of you. The staff is friendly, and the selection of fresh meats sets this place apart from others. The only downside is the location, being close to Times Square, which is not ideal for locals looking for a hangout spot.

This place was recommended to us by friends who know the original owners in florenz. so amazing! prepare to wait 30 minutes for a good reason. they will feel as if they were transported to italia. the sandwiches are very delicious! definitely worth a visit.
