Best Latte I 've Ever Had!. Chapters is a gem. I was enticed off of the main drag in Newburg by a sign promising homemade Ice Cream and Coffee, and I found both of these establishments under the same roof, with a book store and lots of locals filling the tables and couches with laptops and tablets. I ordered a Decaf Latte w Toffee Nut syrup, and then ordered an Ice Cream from Cream Northwest, which is made I am told just around the corner in someone 's back yard. I meandered around the book displays admiring and intrigued the selection, eating my ice cream and soaking in the vibe, but the real treat came when my Latte was ready. It had a beautiful design in the froth on top, but that first sip, best I ever had. Super creamy and flavorful and aromatic, an amazing experience! Absolutely the best Latte I 've had, hands down. Even when I eventually got to the bottom of my cup, there was still a large marshmallow of remaining frothy foam at the bottom and foam ridges lining the sides of the cup. I tipped up the cup and patiently waited for the foam to slowly slide it 's way out of the cup, and was rewarded with deliciousness! It was like a slow roasted marshmallow toasted over a campfire, pealed and floated in delicious espresso for a perfect gastro experience. Meaty Creamy Toffee Nut Espresso Foam Head. Better than finishing off with a cherry or any other garnish, as it 's like the perfect last bite for a Latte. I bet you never knew there was such a thing as a last bite for a Latte, neither did I! I learned so much in this experience it may have diminished my enjoyment of other Lattes. Well, let 's say Chapters has now raised the bar for what a Latte should be, and now has me on a quest for finding other precious Coffee houses. My only regret is I live thousands of miles away from Newburg. But if you live close, and or are traveling through Newburg, I highly recommend you stop by, and plan a little time to hang out and enjoy the vibe. Namaste!
