Waterfrontoo - NOKOMIS

There were 5 in our party tonight. We were excited to go here since we heard that the Prime Rib was good. This was a Tuesday night at 6:30. The meal prices were more like $30 $50 which isn’t bad if you get a delicious meal but a little on the high side for a steak house. The restaurant was very loud and we had difficult conversation since we had to say ‘what’ all the time. The beer muffins were soggy and sticky. The salad was some iceberg lettuce, a piece of onion, 1/2 slices of of cucumber and 1 small cherry tomatoes. They were out of Prime Rib by 6:30 and the Ribeyes were less than par. We were very disappointed since the bill was high and the food was just so so. We were expecting much better from this restaurant. We won’t be back anytime soon and plan to spread the word.

This is our second time here for dinner. The restaurant terrace overlooking the water is so beautiful. It is so enjoyable to dine outdoors and watch the sunset. My family’s ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich last time and he told all his friends that it was the best Prime Rib Sandwich in Vencie, so he ordered it again today. He also has the escargot, which he is obsessed with, and he always orders it. I wasn't so lucky, I ordered lobster tail last time and salmon today with onion and mushrooms as side dishes, the overall feeling was that it all seemed to have been dipped in a frying pan, there was too much oil left on the plate and the salmon had a very sweet sauce on it, it was just greasy and sweet. Too much oil and sugar is too unhealthy. Hopefully next time I can find a dish I like on the menu. The server was friendly and attentive, awesome! Will definitely remember her name for next time.

Prices are appropriate for this nice of a restaurant, in other words it a little pricy, but worth it. The escargot was so good he couldn't wait for me to take a photo! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
