This house is located inside the market (of course, there is also an entrance on the main street) so it is not easy to find if you don't know much. Perhaps because the day I visited was Laos Children's Day, I was a bit disappointed that the staff's service was very slow. But the food was so delicious that I think it's worth coming back. A person who has been here a few times said that the staff's response was not that slow in the past. The food in the photo seemed to be a signature dish; the rice skin didn't stick together and the meat was crispy, tender, and delicious.
