Jimmy's Pizza-north Branch

We had the worst pizza ever from Jimmy's. It was undercooked, and it took over an hour to be delivered. There seems to be some serious mismanagement happening there. We won't be returning. Goodbye, Jimmy's.

The manager is confrontational and quite rude. They really shouldn’t be in a customer service role. It’s very disappointing.

I recently ordered the supreme pizza, wings, and chicken, and everything was excellent!

Last two times we ordered chicken it was over cooked and dry. The skin was so hard it was inedible. The first couple of times the chicken was great! Don’t know what changed.

My pizza was very good, it was a thin crust sausage, onion and gr pepper. It was delivered in a timely manner and it was hot. Plenty of ingredients. Will have again. Food: 4 Service: 4
