The restaurant provided rude and incomplete service, and when I asked for a refund for a missing meal, the customer service was offensive. I was promised a refund of £5.10 in a few hours, but it has not been processed. When I called to inquire about the missing meal or refund, they claimed they had delivered it to my address, which was not true. We asked them to identify the cars at our property and the equipment they passed to reach my front door, but they could not. It was clear they were lying. The overall service and communication were immature and pathetic. The meal we did receive was mediocre, and combined with the poor customer service, we will not be returning. We will also be sharing our experience with others in North Shields to warn them. The management needs to address this situation quickly before they lose more customers than just £5.10.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and picked it up. When I got home, I realized part of my order was missing and the garlic naan bread was not included. I called the restaurant and received a rude response, initially promising a refund but later changing their mind and offering to deliver the missing items. However, the food never arrived. When I followed up the next day, the restaurant claimed the missing items had been delivered, but my husband spoke to the delivery driver who said otherwise. Despite asking for a refund multiple times, the restaurant refused, displaying a lack of customer service. I regret not reading reviews before placing my order.

The restaurant is small but has a friendly staff. They have an extensive menu and are unlicensed, so you can bring your own alcohol without a corkage charge. They are happy to box up your meal for takeaway if you can't finish it. The restaurant also offers a takeaway service for both pick-up and delivery. We have visited many times and it is our favorite Indian restaurant in the area, despite there being many others.

Booked a table for four , nice and clean , staff great and the food was excellent and well priced as well. They do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own. First time we had been there and I think we will definitely be back . Loads of out our friends go there , I can see why now .

Shame on me, but I live a few hundred yards and the first visit was last night. Gorgeous food, great staff, and as I work for the NHS......a great discount as well (remember to take your NHS ID though). This is now my #1 Indian takeaway.......without a doubt.
