Jersey Mike's Subs - Nowatney

Either no ice or machine broke! Almost $15 for a regular sub, chips and drink!? Shame!!!!!!

They are rude doesn’t serve the customers correctly if I want my sub a certain way I am paying for it you provide me with that

Love the freshness of the sandwiches. Services is always fast and

I work across the street and went in to grab a sandwich. As I was waiting in line, I was standing in front of the refrigerated display case and it was FILTHY. The glass had smudges all over it, the bottom rack was dirty and every single one of the connecting corners were rusted over with orange and brown. The worst part was, there was unwrapped exposed deli meat laying right on that surface. It was 100% unsanitary. Needless to say, I got out of line and went to Publix for a sandwich. Disappointing because our company orders catering from Jersey Mikes for lunch on the regular and will not be ordering from there again.

Jersey Mikes is great but this Citrus Park location has gone downhill and should be shutdown by the health inspector. The new employees that work here need to take a lesson in food safety and sanitation. While in line to order food I witnessed 2 different employees sneezing and coughing, one of them was handling food and sneezed into the case of toppings and the other one ringing up people at the register coughed on the touchscreen then proceeded to ring someone up like everything was ok. I also have witnessed an employee touch the register screen with gloves on then proceed to wrap up a sandwhich after with those same gloves. It's like none of these people have ever worked with food before or dont care if they get the public sick. This place is beyond disgusting and every employee in there today needs to be retrained or fired. This place used to have great employees working here but the new ones in there today are terrible. The deli meat case, the countertops and condiment area were all filthy, not stocked and I did not see a single employee wipe anything down while I was there. The only cleaning I saw was a girl wipe a cutting knife with a dirty used rag in between cutting sandwhiches and scrape some excess toppings into a tray. The owner or manager needs to fire all the new employees at this location or make everyone take a lesson in food safety and cleanliness. This is absolutely unacceptable for any food establishment and its a shame because I like Jersey Mikes but I will be going to another location going forward.
