The Glen Bar And Restaurant - Oban

We were part of a tour group of about 18 people, and I believe everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinner at this restaurant. I had an appetizer of delicious local mussels, followed by an appealing and flavorful ratatouille tart paired with potatoes for my main course. This local pub is managed by the friendliest owner and has a vibrant, fun-loving young staff.

This restaurant boasts an excellent location with friendly staff and reasonable prices. I had the steak lunch, which was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it!

We are here last summer and again in this august. it was great both times. well furnished for social distancing. eat excellent good value for money, fresh and piping hot. we had the beginning of a mockery that was a generous amount. the employees are very attentive both waiters who were fast to clear plates, take orders, bring flavors or additional drinks etc. They are in a snowy (less outside eating with good weather,) so that no prospect, but the environment are beautiful! there is a playground for children and many parking spaces.

Tonight had a nice family dinner in the barn, for the first time since the change of the management last year. very friendly service and eating was delicious! very recommended.

Gorgeous food atmosphere, we spent last week at cologin ate in the bar 3 nights sampled most of the menu between 4 of us. Highlights for me were the mussels (the best in Oban), the venison stew the steak the onion rings were perfection everything was fresh home made it was very full happy bellie's all round. Julie could not have been more helpful hospitable and Angus is a wizard in the kitchen I cannot wait to be back to sample what's next!! 10/10
