Saltgrass Steak House - Odessa

The staff here is amazing. We were seated in no time at 1:00 PM on Valentine’s Day. Our waiter was extremely polite and attentive. The food was also fantastic. I’m usually wary about crab cakes, but these were perfect. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Odessa. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The food is consistently excellent! The salads are fresh, the steak is always tender and juicy, and the service is fantastic! They also offer a wonderful gluten-sensitive menu!

On a busy Tuesday evening, we were quickly served fantastic ribeye steaks, and our server was both prompt and attentive. I absolutely love this place!

This dinner was excellent!! Drinks were perfect, dinner was fantastic and the waiter was impeccable!

My first time there while out in Texas, and it was probably the best steak I have had in a long time, very great steak house.
