This is an amazing spot for anyone visiting Ottumwa! The food is affordable, incredibly delicious, and served in a setting that boasts exceptional attention to detail – truly the best in Southeast Iowa! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something different from the typical Mexican restaurant found in every city. This is the best of Salvadoran home cooking!

I've been coming here for pupusas since my college days, and I never get tired of them! The service is also outstanding.

Wow, this little hidden gem of a restaurant serves the most delicious Salvadoran food! It’s definitely a must-visit. I can't wait to return. I enjoyed my meal so much that I almost wanted to eat the plate, but thankfully, it's not edible!

Eating is great! I order pupusas and deceive, my man the tacos and fried plantains- all had a great taste! I would highly recommend that you upgrade the menu points to include a larger selection of meals

Forgot to take a picture! Food was wonderful. We had one of each of the pupusas, one tamale, s shrimp dish, and beef soup. Great flavor! We ended with the plantains with cream and beans. All very good. We will go back! It is a cash only place.
