Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas

I mean you really can't go wrong at Nobu especially prior to a night out in Las Vegas..

Sushi is ok, nothing special. Service is great, I'll give that. Had better sushi before.

Before coming here, I literally knew nothing of the place.

Lovely ambiance, fresh, flavorful food and good waitstaff. A neighborhood gem. Food was all cooked perfectly and seasoned well.

Such an awesome find here in Dallas, the food is rich and delicious and intense. The upstairs is delightful on a cool breezy day and they have fantastic view. I don't know her name, but the girl with the amazing tattoo is just lovely.
