Rivea - Delano Las Vegas - Paradise

The black truffle lobster linguine at this restaurant was the best I've ever tasted. The flavors in the linguine were outstanding. Everyone at the table was impressed by the delicious lobster risotto. The pot of farmer's vegetables is a must-try, and the scallops, bison, and duck also received high praise. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a vegetarian entree to the main courses.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! I am thrilled that I chose it for my birthday dinner because the food was outstanding and we even received some complimentary items. The staff, especially our waitress Bianca, was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. I was also impressed by the assistant manager who made sure to check in with us multiple times. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant next time I visit Vegas!

I did my research and decided to take my husband to be, chef, to check out this place for our anniversary. Adam, our server were so attentive. Jonny and the team, wow, speechless. Chef, Alexander, presents the best dishes that we couldn’t have ask for.The whole experience were just unbelievable! We then got invited to their sky falls lounge. As a Vegas locals, you can’t neverget tired of this view, 64 floors 360 for the whole restaurant and lounge. Thanks for making our night so unforgettable. We surewill come back.

A lovely location at the top of Delano next to the Sky Lounge, Rivea is a bit hard to find using Delano elevators but worth the effort as the food is very good with excellent servers with attentive service and a great view from the top. The rib steak wascooked perfectly medium rare, the crock of vegetables was an interesting zucchini, onion, eggplant and tomato mini pot hot fromthe oven, and the branzino was tender and moist. The shrimp and squid with fennel starter was full of flavor and tasty largeshrimp. The olive tepanade was great with the bread sticks and side of fresh bread. Very good but lacking a bit in theinnovative department.

This restaurant in Vegas offers one of the most stunning viewpoints, along with outstanding service and delicious food. It is truly a must-visit experience in Vegas. Don't forget to visit the SkyLounge, connected to Rivea, and enjoy the breathtaking views from the patio. The view of the strip is even more impressive from the SkyLounge side.
