Rise And Shine Cabaret Cafe - Parkland

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic! However, the service can be quite inconsistent. During my first visit, my order was delayed, and this time, even though I placed my order an hour ago, the server told me she forgot to put it in. The food is great, but I wouldn’t suggest this place if you’re looking for a quick and easy plant-based lunch option, which is what I need. Updated from my previous review on April 8, 2023.

This café and healing center features in-café seating adorned with living plants. The food is highly recommended, even though there may be some dust on the shelves. Make sure to try the fresh juice—it’s delicious, well-balanced, and satisfying on its own, plus you can order it to go. Since the juice is made to order, just be prepared to wait a few minutes while it’s prepared for you. While the menu doesn't specifically highlight vegan options, almost any dish can be made vegan upon request. Lastly, the staff are truly wonderful and will surely brighten your day!

We arrived right as the restaurant opened on a Sunday and were the only guests there. We all ordered the Rise and Shine platter with French toast. One of our friends, who follows an omnivorous diet but loves vegan food, couldn't stop praising his vegetarian option. We enjoyed our meal so much that we found ourselves thinking about the delicious food for the rest of the day! The flavors and presentation were fantastic, and there were countless vegan options available. We'll definitely be returning!

The decor is funky and the offerings expansive and creative. A vegan oasis in Parkland.

It has a very cool mood and type of Gypsies/Hipster art of style. but our eating has taken forever to get out, and I suppose it is because they don't have many workers, but I don't think it should take almost as long as it (over 40 minutes) to get everything. I started with a simple bagel and my partner got a smoothie that needed at least 25-30 to cook alone. then we have a black bohnenburger and the açaí bowl.
