Outback Steakhouse Pasadena

I have generally had positive experiences at this restaurant, but I was extremely disappointed on this occasion. My party and I waited for an hour to be seated, even though there were many empty tables visible. Despite ordering my steak medium rare, it was cooked well done. Our waitress appeared to be unwell, but she was working diligently. I was also disappointed that a manager did not make an appearance at our table. Based on this experience, I don't think I will be returning to this location.

Gave up eating. I arrived at the restaurant and waited for 30 minutes and with little movement. not even the drink could serve me. don't believe it, look at the cameras. I arrived today 05-15 at 4:30pm and left at 5:00. bad service. the worst is to meet someone on your side who arrived later. Outback, you guys were better.

Me and my husband always come. But we came for my dads birthday and I just love her personality. Such a great server I hope to see her more often when I come. Thanks Kristi! Keep up the good work keep your head up !

We got in here late but had 8 of us trying to find a place to eat and glad we landed here. Work dinner, people from all over the world, we were high maintenance but Jamie took care of us and did a great job! Great steaks, visitors tried the blooming onion first time, we drank like fish and was never left alone. I Actually split a steak 15 oz ribeye , perfect MR, poor picture but I love Outback and when the service is spot on, it’s rewarding! I’m lucky because I think only once in the boonies near Baltimore did I get bad service. Great time with colleagues and a great meal! Thanks Jamie for making it a great night . I owe you one !! Highly recommend!

I had a good experience the 1st time went over there. The 2nd time I came back. We order an appetizer of chips and salsa. Salsa had cheese, ground beef, red bell peppers, and parsley. They need to ease up on the salt. The 4 mini margarita drinks we had taste like the margarita mix you buy at the store with ice. The beer was not even that cold. The 110z steak I got was cooked properly. I asked for medium rare. Some parts of the steak were cooked to medium well, and one part of the steak was way under the medium rare. It was between rare raw. Another level of cooking steak. The asparagus I got was good, but man they are greedy with the asparagus. 8-10 strands of asparagus. Maybe it is the serving size for the vegetable, but I think you can throw a few more in there. The mash potatoes were decent. The tab of $80 for me and my wife. A little hefty, but If you have the money go ahead and give it a shot.
