Wendy's - Pawtucket

This place is disgusting. Nothing has been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom especially.

I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato and no lettuce. I only wanted cheese and light mayonnaise. When I got home I had lettuce and tomato on both burgers to my dismay. The young lady didn't even look my way when she was handing me my food. I had trouble getting the bag from her because she wasn't looking at me because she was complaining about something to one of her co workers.I also ordered a side Cheddar cheese which I paid for and when I left it was not in the bag so I had to turn around to ask for the cheese they forgot. When I got home is when I noticed that they made my burgers wrong. ? I suggest don't forget to check your food when you get it at takeout

Employees are always rude, management is worse, and forget about using the bathroom because it's always locked and takes longer to wait for someone to give you the code than it takes to put an entire order in.

I go there every day broad Street Pawtucket. I will continue to go until your horrible staff treats me

The driver tossed the menu, and the lights were burnt out, making it quite dark. I wasn’t sure if the restaurant was closed, so I pulled up to the first window to check. When I asked the staff member inside, she informed me that I needed to go back around to place my order because she couldn’t take it at the window. I then called the manager to express my frustration, asking how I was supposed to order with a broken microphone!
