Everyone here is great in their own way, but TJ will go out of their way to give you the best service you could ask for. Wonderful person, always a smile, great service every single time. Why aren't you going here? Get Gusto or you're missing out on incredible service and quality gelato. Don't be a fool of a took.

This 5 stars review it’s mostly about service and specially one staff member, TJ. I used to go at Gusto Gelato in Elizabeth Quay, best gelato in Perth but sadly I had to stop because of the staff, very rude and unprofessional most of the time. Last night, I’ve seen Gusto Gelato in Leederville and I wanted to give it a go knowing how good this gelato really is. High quality of products and amazing flavours as always but what really deserves 5 stars here is the staff and specially TJ. This guy he’s been so polite, kind and very accommodating even if it was a late order and they must have been tired after a long day. TJ’ smile, his attitude and amazing experience made our day. I wish we had more people like him in hospitality. Well done TJ, you’re absolutely a star and your amazing customer service skills have been noted and really appreciated. Thank you so much for serving us last night!

As my wife said, milkshake in a cone. Ice cream was not chilled enough and even on a winter's day, it was a race to eat it without it dripping it all over oneself.

Gelato not bad… not as good as across the road Swan Valley annoying don’t do half flavours for the price you’re paying
