Othello - Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm

We had a nice dinner here. Othello serves some typical German dishes as well as other fare. We had salads (large and very good), and we ordered two dishes from the menu of specials after seeing them on another table. Both were tasty. The wine selection by the glass was good, offering three or four choices each of red, white, and rosé, typical of most German restaurants we've visited. The interior is bright, and feels modern. Service was friendly and helpful.

Hier ist sehr guter Service und freundliches Personal. Das Ambiente im Sommer draußen mit dem schönen Marktplatz im Hintergrund ist fantastisch. Das Frühstück und das Mittagsmenü sind meist sehr lecker. Meine Frau und ich mögen dieses Lokal sehr!

The bar and the chair are really good. the drinks are also good, no matter whether aperol splash or the beer. only when eating you need to make clear smash, self-made Italian antipasti listen well, but the conversion was then rather mau. not seasoned, no garlic (does not go) and without oil. Full grain baguette where the salt was forgotten. pity that drink and eat are not on the same level.

We always like to go to the othello to dinner or to breakfast on Saturdays. the food is delicious and varied (weekly card). the service is friendly and accommodating. so far we have never had negative experiences. the steaktag on Tuesday is highly recommended.

Super situated on the city square. warm kitchen throughout - very inexpensive. nice service and balanced card.
