Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

Not a good chipotle! Rice, salsa, and other food undercooked and frozen, along with the soda tasting like carbonated water. Staff also wasn’t very friendly either and also found something like plastic in the food. My poor daughter was scared to ask the worker for help because of her attitude! Very disappointed I spent 30 dollars on this food.

Overall hit or miss, unfortunately the latter happens fairly often. When it hits, it's like a normal good chipotle, but sometimes they miss hard. Had to refund multiple mobile orders because of just outright getting the order wrong. Additionally, this is the biggest thing, they don't mash their guac 90% of the time. I usually end up with chunks of unmashed guac that required me to use metal utensils to break apart. But, when they do get everything right, food is pretty good.

I live on campus and have been eating at this place for years. It is hands down the Worst chipotle restaurant ever. Nothing is cooked properly or in stock and the employees aren’t nice.

This one is the worst I’ve been to. I had a bowl, the white rice was undercooked :’ then they gave me only some leaves of the lettuce and tiny bit of guacamole, that was $2.65 extra. What a ripoff ;(You better watch what they give you or don’t go there at all!

Never make an online order to this chipotle. Ordered a bowl with steak and extra chicken, once I get back to my place and look at the bowl it has everything BUT STEAK AND CHICKEN! It had queso, guac, cheese, rice, salsa, and beans. BUT IT HAD NO STEAK OR CHICKEN? I was beyond pressed.
